INTRODUCTION
Jesus instituted a Church to which he loves, and where you want everything to be done to order, under an efficient organization.
1. The Church of Christ
1. What is the Church in relation to Christ? Colossians 1:24.
"Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill in my flesh is lacking in the afflictions of Christ for his body , which is the church. "
2. How is also called the Church? 1 Timothy 3:15.
" so if it takes, you know how to behave in the house of God , which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of truth. "
3. How does Christ love the Church? Ephesians 5:25 - 27.
" Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for her, sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, in order to present it to himself, a church glorious, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but holy and without blemish. "
4. Who added the Lord every day to his Church? Acts 2:47.
" praising God and having favor with all people. And the Lord added to the church those who were being saved .
2. Order in the Church
1. What should not be in the Church?
1 Corinthians 14: 33
"For God is not God confusion but of peace. As in all churches of the saints. "
1 Corinthians 11:16 "With all that, if anyone wants to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God."
Note: in the church as a body, or in a marriage, there must be coordination, mutual service, mutual love and respect. Not fit the confusion, disorder, disorganization or lack of coordination, among other issues. As a body can walk through the coordination and balance of all its members, the church needs the organization to its best performance.
2. In the Church, how everything must be done? 1 Corinthians 14:40.
"but ask yourself everything decently and in order."
3. Need
Organization 1. For the responsibility of leading the people of Israel should cede all about Moses, what advice his father gave Jethro? Exodus 18:21 - 22.
"And pick you out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness, and place them on the people and rulers of thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. They judge the people at all times, and every great matter they will bring to you, and every small matter they shall judge. thus relieving the burden on you, and take them with you. "
Note: This is one of the greatest examples of coordination and organization Congregationalist, a larger scale.
2. How many first apostles ordered Christ to preach the gospel? Mark 3:14.
"He appointed twelve, to be with him, and sent them to preach."
3. How many disciples later appointed to the job? Luke 10:1.
"After these things the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he had to go."
4. When the number of disciples multiplied, What instruction is given to the apostles so that no one was omitted in the administration of the temporal needs? Acts 6:3.
"Wherefore, brethren, from among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business".
Note: In this text we see the institution and the establishment of the diaconate.
5. How a person is ordered to serve the church? Acts 13:2, 3.
"they ministered to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I called. Then, having fasted and prayed, they laid their hands and sent them off. "
6. Who and what made gifts in the church? 1 Corinthians 12:4 - 7.
" Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but God works all things in all the same. But each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the benefit .
4. Ministers of the Gospel
1. How is believed Paul himself? 1 Corinthians 3:9.
"Because We are God, and ye You are God's husbandry, God's building. "
2. What does Paul call Timothy?
1 Timothy 4:6
" If this put the brethren, you will be good Minister of Jesus Christ, nourished the words of faith and good doctrine that you have followed. "
2 Corinthians 5:20.
" So, we ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. "
3. What was considered Paul as a minister?
Ephesians 3:6, 7
" that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel , which I was made a minister for the gift of the grace of God I have been given the working of his power. "
1 Corinthians 9:16 "For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me, and woe to me if I preach not the gospel!"
Luke 1:2 "as taught us that from the beginning what they saw with their eyes, and ministers were a word. "
Note: The text of Luke, although it refers to life Jesus (Gospel of Luke), in verse 1 shows a compilation made for Theophilus, so that certainly would include among others, Paul among those who "from the beginning what they saw with their eyes."
4. What was also seen Paul minister? Colossians 1:24 - 25.

5. What other name given to those who minister in the church? Hebrews 13:7, 17.

"
Note: The pastors are part of the organization established by the Lord to his Church.
5. The elders of the church
1. What people were elected to manage the churches?
Acts 14:23 "And elderly constituted in every church and prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they believed." Acts 20:17
"Shipping, then, from Miletus to Ephesus, and called the elders of the church."
1 Timothy 5:17 "The elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching."
2. What other name is given to the elderly? A: Bishops Acts 20:17, 28.
"Shipping, then, from Miletus to Ephesus, summoned the elders of the church . When he came to them, "You know how I was with you all the time, from the first day I walked in Asia ..."
3. How is regarded himself as the apostle Peter? 1 Peter 5:1.
"The elders among you, I fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of Christ, I am also a partaker of the glory to be revealed."
4. " What will be the reward for faithful ministry of the Gospel? 1 Peter 5:2 - 4.
"Feed the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly, not as being lords over those entrusted to your care, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd, you will receive the crown of glory. "
